Pastor: Gene Tate Vincent
Gene Tate Vincent serves as pastor of Fernvale Community Church. His energy and enthusiasm are only over-shadowed by his deep abiding faith in Jesus Christ. Originally from Millington, Tennessee, Gene earned his Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky (1984). He has served as a full time minister for over two decades, as well as serving as a missionary in Argentina for eight years. He is married to Melanie, a teacher at East Hickman Intermediate School, and has two beautiful daughters, Candace and Krystal. Both Gene and Melanie are avid motorcyclists, and when not sharing their free time with friends and church members, can be found romping about the countryside on their Honda Goldwing. We at Fernvale Community Church feel very blessed to have Gene and his wonderful family as our pastoral leaders.
